These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tussora.com (the “Site”) and any order you place through it. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
These Terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy. Where a topic is covered in more detail on one of those pages, that page applies.

1. Who we are
TUSSORA is an online retailer. We buy furniture, home goods, garden décor and custom-printed pieces from established suppliers and sell them directly to households across the United States. We are not the manufacturer; we select each item, arrange delivery from our partners’ U.S. warehouses, and support you through the whole journey — ordering, delivery, warranty claims and returns.
Because we sell directly rather than through distributors and retail chains, we can keep our prices below typical retail without cutting corners on what we stock.
2. Eligibility
To buy from the Site you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. You must be able to enter into a binding contract, and you must not be barred from buying from us under any law that applies to you.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
3. Your account
You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you agree to give us accurate information, keep it up to date, keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used to break these Terms or to commit fraud.
4. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications, dimensions and what is included in the box. Even so, details can contain errors, and images can look slightly different on your screen from the item that arrives — colours, finishes and packaging can vary between production runs.
Manufacturers also change specifications without telling retailers. If a product you receive differs materially from its description on the Site, you can return it under our Returns & Refunds policy.
5. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, and the total is displayed before you pay.
Prices and stock can change at any time, and stock is not reserved until your order is accepted. We sometimes have to correct a pricing error, withdraw a product, or limit how many units one customer can buy.
6. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you are making us an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. The email you receive straight after checkout acknowledges that we have your order — it is not our acceptance of it.
We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or product description error, if we cannot verify your address or payment, if we cannot ship to your location, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund you in full.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which include major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you chose. If a payment cannot be processed, or is later reversed, we may cancel the order. Any charges your own bank applies to an international transaction are your responsibility.
8. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from warehouses in the United States. We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs and the countries we serve are all set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally run late because of weather, backlogs or peak seasons, and that is outside our control.
9. Returns, refunds and warranty
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Items carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects — see our Warranty page, which forms part of these Terms. The conditions, the process, and the items we cannot accept are all set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge at any point before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation and refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
11. Risk and title
The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us, or to a neighbour, locker or collection point that you or the carrier arranged. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, tell us — our Returns & Refunds policy covers both situations and we will put it right.
12. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it — text, photographs, product images, graphics, the TUSSORA name and logo, page layout and code — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You are welcome to browse the Site and to print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Beyond that, you may not copy, republish, sell, modify or redistribute our content, or use automated tools to scrape the Site, without our written permission. Product names and brands shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners, and we do not claim any endorsement by them.
13. Reviews and other content you send us
If you send us a review, a photograph, a question or a suggestion, you confirm that it is yours to send, that it is honest, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You keep ownership of what you send us, but you give us permission to publish and reuse it on the Site and in our marketing, at no charge, for as long as we need to.
We may edit content for length and clarity, and we may decline to publish anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or anything that advertises someone else’s business. We do not publish reviews in exchange for payment, and we do not remove a review simply because it is critical.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or to buy goods you are not legally allowed to buy
- post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or deliberately misleading
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to any person or business
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or any account that is not yours
- interfere with the Site, overload it, or introduce viruses or other harmful code
- use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
15. Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not run, such as manufacturer documentation or carrier tracking pages. We provide those links for convenience only and we are not responsible for what those sites contain or how they handle your data.
16. Disclaimer
We aim to keep the Site accurate, available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be free from errors or interruptions. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers, the legal guarantee that goods are of satisfactory quality and match their description. If you are a consumer, the statutory rights you have where you live apply on top of our own policies, not instead of them.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or your purchase of any product.
Where we are liable to you, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.
18. Indemnification
You agree to cover us for any claim, loss or reasonable cost we face as a result of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you send us that infringes someone else’s rights.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TUSSORA is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising out of these Terms or out of your use of the Site will be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction over that place of business.
Nothing in this section removes any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, or to rely on the mandatory consumer protections of that country.
Before starting formal proceedings, please email us. Most problems are a misdirected parcel or a misunderstanding, and they are quicker to fix in a conversation.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, if we change a policy, or if the law changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will always tell you when it changed. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you placed it.
If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still apply. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, make up the whole agreement between you and us.
