Do I need to assemble my furniture?
Most of our furniture ships flat-packed and needs some assembly — beds, tables, wardrobes and sofas all arrive in parts with the hardware and a printed instruction sheet. A small number of items arrive ready to use. Every product page states which applies to that item in the assembly line beneath the price, and instruction PDFs sit at the bottom of the page under “Assembly instructions and files”. Are tools included? How many people does it take?
Most items come with the basic hardware and tools needed, typically an Allen key. Assembly is designed for 1–2 adults and usually takes 15–45 minutes. Beds with storage, wardrobes and sectionals are easier with two people.
Do you offer in-home assembly or installation?
Not at this time. Delivery is to your threshold — the driver brings the item to your front door but does not place it in a room, unpack it or assemble it. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Shipping & delivery
Which states and addresses do you ship to?
We deliver within the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C. only. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii, U.S. territories and protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, P.O. boxes, or remote areas that carriers classify as outside their standard service network. If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided, we cancel and refund it in full before it ships.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship from U.S. warehouses and are delivered in 3–7 business days. Made-to-order (personalized) items are produced first and typically arrive within 15–35 days.
What does “threshold delivery” mean?
The carrier brings your order to your front door, garage or first covered area. For large furniture, the driver does not carry items to a room of your choice, unpack, assemble or remove packaging.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $99. Below that, standard shipping is $9.99–$49.99 depending on the size of the item.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Report it within 48 hours — email [email protected] with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

30 days from delivery for most in-stock items, with no restocking fee. Made-to-order items are final sale. See the full policy.
